K-tip Kitchen Knife w/ Olive wood in 154CM

This K-Tip Kitchen knife is a Japanese style chef knife constructed of 1/16 inch thick 154CM stainless steel with a satin scoth brite finish. The handle is a frame construction assembled with Olive wood and Turquoise vulcanized paper frame with internal pins. Blade length is 5 1/8 inches, 9 3/8 inches overall and weighs 4 oz. Stock removal.

About the Maker: Jonathan Caruso is a Forged in Fire champion and a Journeyman Smith through the American Bladesmith Society. He retired from the United States Marine Corps and now works at his home forge in Arkansas and is co-owner of Arkansas Knife Shop. He has been making knives since 2013.
