Damascus Recurve w/ Dyed Maple Burl

Damascus take down Clip Point Recurve Bowie constructed with 624 layers of 1084 and 15N20 random damascus. The handle is skillfully constructed and sculpted from Maple Burl stabilized and dyed teal. The construction of the handle also has a double clam shell guard with brass and damascus collar matching the construction of the pommel with a brass nut for complete disassembly of the knife. Full take down construction. Hidden tang. 9 inch blade, 14 inches overall. Damascus is comprised of 1084 steel and 15N20 steel.   

Comes with a beautiful teal Cayman skin inlayed sheath with frog to match the color of the knife handle. This sheath was hand made specifically for this knife. Sheath and knife fit very well together aesthetically and physically to complete a beautiful combination.

About the Maker: Robert Moye was inspired by his step-father to start making knives in 2019. He has a passion for blacksmithing and metal work and works full time as a tattoo artist in Russellville, Arkansas.
