Chef Knife in 80CrV2 with Micarta

This Chef knife is created from 80CrV2 with a durable Sniper Grey cerakote finish. The handle is constructed from natural micarta and attached with hex head bolts for easy removal for any cleaning or maintenance. The blade is 8 1/4 inches and 12 1/2 inches overall. Comes boxed for easy gifting. Stock removal.

About the Maker: Steve Hotz is the owner of Jackalope Knives and an 82^nd Airborne veteran who started blacksmithing in 2016 to help with his PTSD. He quickly became focused on knife making and used his pre-military skills as a designer to create knives with unique abilities in quality, form, and function. He is a member of the American Bladesmith Society and is working toward his Journeyman Smith certification.
